QUOTE PREPARATION

Once all the information is collected, we proceed with the quote preparation and we usually need five working days to provide full cost for your gas connection. At this stage you don't pay anything.

COST

We'll provide a full price with the work breakdown for your commercial gas connection. The quote acceptance is required to complete the application. Full payment is required at this point. The quickest and easiest way to pay is online or over the phone.

SURVEY THE SITE

A surveyor will call and arrange a convenient survey date and time. The surveyor will then explain how the work will be completed. Our administration team will also obtain digging permissions from the local authorities.

WORK BEGINS

We will inform you when our work will begin. A surveyor may call you a few days before the start date. We'll arrive on the date agreed between 8am-5pm. Our engineering team will then begin work.

TIDY UP/FINAL CHECK

Within five days of the engineering work being completed, a specialist team will arrive to resurface the ground. Our sign and barrier providers will then come to collect any equipment on public or private land. You may receive a customer satisfaction survey. We would encourage you to complete it to help us improve our service.
